Macy's offers both a tangible plastic Gift Card and an online E-Gift Card. All gift cards are issued by Macy's Gift Card, LLC. While most online gift cards are only redeemable online, Macy's E-Gift Card is also redeemable in-store by providing a printed barcode from the E-Gift Card email. Online purchases of a plastic or digital gift card comes with a personalized message. Corporate gift card order is available with bulk discount starting at $5,000. Corporate purchases have free personalized messages and delivery via standard shipping.
Macy's also offers an online gift card personalization service for $3.05 per card. Users can upload an image of their choice, select a greeting card, and include a personalized message.

Macy Gift Card is redeemable only for merchandise or in-store services at Macy's, macys.com, and macysweddingchannel.com. Available in any denomination from $25 to $500.
- No expiration date on gift cards sold on or after Feb. 3, 2008.
- No fees on gift cards.
- Re-loadable.
- Not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
- Lost or stolen cards will only be replaced with original proof of purchase.

Macys.com E-Gift Card may be used to purchase any merchandise on-line at macys.com and macysweddingchannel.com, or in-store by following the instructions in the E-Gift Card email. Available in any denomination from $10 to $1,000.
- Never expires.
- Not re-loadable.
- Not redeemable for cash and applied as payment or credit to your credit card account.
- Bearer is responsible for lost or theft of E-Gift Card.
- Lost or stolen cards will only be replaced with original proof of purchase.
